Who should enrol
Our Registered Land Agent’s programs are ideal for:
- anyone wishing to become a Registered Land Agent
- experienced sales representatives wanting to further their career.
What would I achieve upon completion?
Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements needed to apply to become a Registered Land Agent.*
*note that other licensing eligibility criteria also apply (refer to www.ocba.sa.gov.au).
Program Information
In South Australia, a Registered Land Agent must complete a Diploma of Property (Real Estate) plus five other units from the Property Development and Management Training Package PRD01, or be assessed as competent in any of these units or the units within the Diploma by a Registered Training Organisation.*
Our programs are available in two formats, so you can choose the one that best suits you.
- Registered Land Agent's Program. By recognising your past experience we can reduce the classroom study time required to just 13 days, which means you can apply to become a Registered Land Agent sooner. Any units not recognised can be completed via self-study.
- The Registered Land Agent's Self-study Program also takes your past experience and learning into account which means you may not need to complete—or pay for—all of the units. Any units not recognised can be completed by self-study.

- Registered Land Agent’s Program - $4,999
The cost is inclusive of RPL and all workshops and self-study units, and covers program materials, workshop tutorials, online technical support, assessment marking and final certification upon successful completion of the program.
- Registered Land Agent’s Self-study Program - $4,750
The cost is inclusive of RPL and all self-study units, and covers program materials, online technical support, assessment marking and final certification upon successful completion of the program.
