Kaplan Professional's Needs Analysis has been developed to assess, individually, the extent to which advisers meet the competency requirements of RG146. The Needs Analysis includes a review of:
- Industry experience;
- Academic qualifications;
- Level and areas of responsibility; and
- Continuing professional development programs.
The Analysis also includes a recommendation on areas which require further assessment.
